Certification

In order to have a product perform optimally, the user must of course be familiar with all of the product’s possibilities and limitations. Because our products are people-related, it is fundamentally important for PARI PROFILE to ensure that our users have the required knowhow and have been sufficiently trained in the use of the systems, so as to ensure the development potential and that errors do not occur. We offer a series of certification courses that are aimed at ensuring that you as user have the required knowledge of the different areas. To use the tools, it is preconditioned that the relevant certification course has been accomplished.

PARI Profile System™

• A two-day, intensive course that encompasses psychological background and a review of all basic profiles and feedback for profiles.

PARI courses

Staff Resource Pro™

• A one-day course that teaches how Staff Resource Pro can advantageously be put to use in everyday communication and coaching, for instance in connection with the yearly staff interview.

Recruiting Match Pro™

• A one-day course in the use of Recruiting Match Pro, from creation of records and job profiles to interpretation of the candidate’s match profile.

Resource Planning Pro™

• A one-day course in the use of Resource Planning Pro, from focus analysis to the operation analysis and the resource utilization.

To become a certified dealer, at least two employees from the business must have accomplished the basic course.
